Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), property address and the outstanding mortgage balance you enter into the equity estimator.
- Information we generate: the estimated property value returned by our third-party data provider and the illustrative equity figure we calculate from it.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We use these to keep the site working and to prevent abuse.
We do not collect your Social Security number, date of birth, income or any credit information through this website, and using the estimator does not result in a credit inquiry.
How we use it
To produce your equity estimate, to send you a copy of it, and to contact you about home equity financing. If you become a client, we use it to prepare and process your application. We keep records for as long as applicable lending and record-retention rules require.
Who we share it with
Your street address is sent to our property-data provider to retrieve a valuation. We also use standard service providers for email delivery, hosting and scheduling. Where you proceed with an application, we share your information with the lender or lenders you choose.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or marketing networks.
Communications and consent
When you submit the form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you at the email address and phone number you provided — including by automated dialling system, prerecorded message and SMS — about home equity financing. Consent is not a condition of obtaining any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, by emailing efrias@westcapitallending.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to opt out of certain uses of your information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to submitted information is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
